Driving directions:

We are located on the 29th floor of the Bank of America Fifth Avenue Plaza, a silver building on the northeast corner of Fifth and Columbia, which should not be mistaken for the Bank of America Tower (Columbia Tower) building at 701 5th Avenue.

The parking garage entrance will be on your RIGHT half-way between Sixth and Fifth Avenues on Columbia Street. After obtaining a parking ticket, take an immediate right after passing through the security gate and park in the parking spaces marked RESERVED. If these spaces are full, you may park anywhere in the garage. We will validate your parking.

Directions from I-5 Southbound:

At exit 165A, take Ramp (RIGHT) onto 6th Ave towards James Street. Take the first RIGHT (West) onto Columbia Street. Our building and parking garage access will be on your RIGHT between Sixth and Fifth Avenues.

Directions from I-5 Northbound:

At exit 165, turn LEFT onto Ramp towards Seneca Street. Bear LEFT (West) onto Seneca Street, then immediately turn LEFT (South) onto 5th Ave. Our building will be on your LEFT between Marion and Columbia Streets.

To access the parking garage turn LEFT (East) on Marion, then turn RIGHT (South) on Sixth Avenue and then RIGHT (West) on Columbia Street. Our building and parking garage access will be on your RIGHT between Sixth and Fifth Avenues.

Directions from I-90 Westbound

At exit 2C, take Ramp (RIGHT) for I-5 Northbound toward Vancouver B.C. Follow signs for Convention Pl/Madison Street, and merge onto 7th Avenue. Turn LEFT at Madison Street. Turn LEFT at 5th Avenue. Our building will be on your LEFT between Marion and Columbia Streets.

To access the parking garage turn LEFT (East) on Marion, then turn RIGHT (South) on Sixth Avenue and then RIGHT (West) on Columbia Street. Our building and parking garage access will be on your RIGHT between Sixth and Fifth Avenues.

Parking directions:

Our parking garage is located on Columbia Street, between Fifth and Sixth Avenues. Pull into the parking garage underneath the building and take a parking ticket. Take an immediate right after passing through the security gate. We have reserved several Merriman parking spaces for our clients on the right side of the row. They are not labeled with our name but are painted yellow and say reserved. If you don't find any spaces there, you may park anywhere in the garage and we will validate for you.
